Looking for Medical Officer (Female)

Position Overview:
HAEFA is looking for a BMDC-registered Medical Officer (Female) to provide healthcare services to FDMNs in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar. This is a full-time contractual position (initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding).
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and treatment.
- Monitor and administer medications while maintaining patient records in NIROG (EHR system).
- Assess and plan treatment, referrals, and necessary diagnostic tests.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
- Coordinate with local government (CIC/RRRC, DGHS), UN agencies, NGOs, and INGOs for healthcare service integration.
- Promote health education and community engagement.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and explain treatments to patients.
- Supervise medical camps, training, and meetings.
Requirements:
- MBBS with BMDC registration (must include BMDC number in the application).
- 1-3 years of clinical experience. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
