Position: National Health Coordinator
Job Location: Dhaka (Frequent visit to remote upazila’s of Bangladesh)
Health and Education for All (HAEFA) is an international leader in providing healthcare to the underserved and most vulnerable populations in Bangladesh, including coastal and hard-to-reach regions, FDMN Camps, urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.
Job Description:
HAEFA (Health and Education for All) is urgently seeking a qualified and BMDC-registered Medical Officer to join our dedicated team as a National Health Coordinator. This is a full-time, contractual position that offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to healthcare initiatives serving vulnerable communities across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take leadership in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of health programs.
- Provide clinical services and support overall healthcare operations.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation in line with organizational standards.
Requirement:
- MBBS degree with valid BMDC registration (BMDC number must be mentioned in the application).
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project site offices in various districts across Bangladesh.
